| Review: | Poor Customer Service UniCare is a terrible insurance company. The customer service is awful. A simple change of address turns into a battle. The employees are extremely unimformed. I would definitley recommend buying elsewhere. Save yourself the stress!! Also, they did not cover my son's well visits or immunizations. Sad! Most insurance companies cover this because it is preventive care. |
