Review: unprofessional, unreliable, ignorant of basics
The claims process is a nightmare. Calliing to follow-up just compounds the nightmare. It's a full time job to follow-up. We have been taken to collections for the 5th time due to a lack of coordination by Unicare. It's a joke trying to talk to someone- it needs to change.
