| Review: | Kaiser is awful I have been to Kaiser three days this week, the first day they missed diagnosed me, took my son a day later. Then I had to go back the day after that. Turns out, I had what my son had. The night I took my son, I called to get advise from a nurse, no one called me back. When I tried to voice my problem with their system, to the doctor and nurse they became offensive. I am stuck with them. God help my family and anyone else that has to be covered under Kaiser. We just went for basic care. I pray that nothing serious happens to us under their care. They just want money. They do not care about the people. |
