| Review: | ARCHAIC OB/GYN DEPT My personal experience with a provider at Baseline, Boulder, OB/GYN: a (non-doctor) woman named Comstock conveys the Kaiser paradigm of providing only "standard of care", which means the most conservative, least informed, type of medicine. There is absolutely no cooperation in working with female menopausal problems other than to put their patients on Premarin (pregnant mare urine-derived estrogen). These folks receive a D-. I've been a member since 1971 and have never been ill; now that I'm aging, it's apparent I'll have to go out of plan for any type of progressive medicine. |
