| Review: | Claims not paid This is the worst insurance company. We had it since June 2009. My husband has high blood pressure and high chlorestoral so has blood work done every 6 months and a follow up visit with his Dr. So far none of his claims have been paid. My son's pediatrician does not participate in Humana. My gynocologist is in network but my claim was denied saying they are not in network. The plan we have should cover me 50% out of network and 100% in network yet they denied it 100%! I have been on the phone with them once a month since June trying to get claims paid! It's like we have no insurance! Customer service is very nice on the phone and seem to be helpful but yet, we are getting nowhere. |
