| Review: | They are paid to play games with you They don’t keep their words, even it is written on the papers. You need to keep tracking different customer service representatives. After one year fighting, they will tell you that they won’t reimburse the money you are supposed to get. The amount is not worth of my money and time to fight in the court. Fortunately, my case has convinced HR in my company to switch all of our insurances out of Humana. |
