| Review: | Terrible Coverage We feel like we don't have insurance. They find some reason to deny all our claims, even when we have been told ahead of time that it will be covered. The customer service people are very nice but they can't really help much. We were told it was such a great policy when my husband started at his job, but it is terrible! |

I feel for you! Persistance hardly pays off... after 19 months I was reimbursed for one appointment. At one point Humana sent me a check for multiple reimbursements they owed me. I was SO EXCITED!! I FINALLY WON! Not quite. From my local bank, whom I have been with for years, I was sent a letter-- the content? I was require to pay a fee for attempting to deposit an "invalid check." Make no mistake, that check was the one from good ole Humana. I walked into my bank, where we all know each other, and said, "there must be some mistake, this check is from HUMANA!" They couldn't believe it either, upon the manager checking and rechecking to make sure there was no mistake, Humana wrote me a check that was no good. I called on 12/19/07 to ask humana if they were required to notify me of a canceled check and was told, "no mam, because we don't intentionally do that." I promise this is true! email me if you want to know more about Humana at jtbirdiusrex@yahoo.com thanks, jenny |
