| Review: | Two increases in one year I have an individual plan with Humana One. When my husband went on Medicare last April, I chose to stay with Humana since I am not yet 65. I received a new policy number and a rate increase, now paying more than half of what we paid together. I also got a letter explaining that I would not get a rate increase for one year. Six months later I got $100/mo rate increase because Humana says that my policy renews on the old date of our joint policy. I questioned Humana aout this and they said it is their policy with "rollovers". The signed letter promising the same rate for one year means nothing. I am in excellent health, have never made a claim in 6 years, and pay $500/mo for $5,000 deductible. |
