I can afford the insurance can't afford to use it
This company has been holding a claim for 2 months. The doctor is in network. I don't know what their problem is. Everytime I call each representative gives me a different answer. I can't afford to use this insurance. Our company switched from Anthem to save money. I applied for a waiver for drug testing due to chronic pain and the lab was out of network. I was told only part of the company was out of network. That doesn't make sence to me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I don't know why the medical profession accepts this insurance. They pay basically nothing. If you feel you have been wronged and have filed an appeal and lost see if your state has an insurance board and file a complaint. |
