| Review: | Idiots and Thieves This company is horrific to deal with! I pay my health care premiums six months at a time because I get paid mostly twice a year with small commissions in the months between, so I like to have my bills paid. Twice so far in four months they have drafted my account for my monthly premium. Both times after a looooong hold and getting transferred around a billion times and calling my bank and sending a statement and pitching a full scale fit, the money was redeposited a week later! A week! Twice! I have actually used the insurance for going to the doctor once and haven't recieved that bill yet but if their bill paying incompetence is any education they'll pay the vet across the street before they'll pay my doctor. The kicker, they are not even authorized to auto draft my account. They got paid a check. |
