You are very lucky! Keep your fingers crossed, as working with Cigna over the last year in Maryland has been a nightmare. Coverage has been very expensive, and they find a reason to deny most claims, even when properly submitted. They continue to deny until they can finally state "Claim was not received with the required time period". NEVER again, Cigna - NEVER. |

HORRIBLE COMPANY....we pay 1850 per month for this insurance and it is new to us. They are making false claims that we are giving them duplicate prescriptions and we have NEVER even sent them a prescription! If we spend this much on health insurance I am certain another insurance company will take our money and give better service....rigth? Maybe. Stay the hell away from Cigna...they are horrible company and they hire people who read from a script on what to say. |
