| Review: | 14 months later, still waiting for payment! Coverage with Celtic has been painful. Each claim has required countless hours of circular calls, wrong numbers and addresses given to myself and my providers. They even denied an accidental injury claim from the Emergency Room, because the doctor was out of network. Are you supposed to inquire regarding this as you're being wheeled into the ER? |
