| Review: | Premium Disaster I went with Bule Cross because I was informed they were the best in NY. I did some research and although they have the highest premium costs, I decided maybe they were worth it. HUGE mistake! First, they never sent me a bill or statement of what my premium was going to be. I finally had to call and inquire as to what it would be. I then sent my payment. Then I received a bill that included the next 2 months of service so I sent that $458.00 payment right out. Then, a month later I received a cancellation notice. WHAT?! I called them and they informed me they hadn't received my payment. I then checked my bank statement and sure enough the money had been withdrawn by Blue Cross and yet they had not credited me. So I called them back and sent a copy of the check. They were then supposed to have someone call me back to "re-instate me". I'm still waiting for that call... Bottom line- look elsewhere! These guys are crooks!!! |
