Worst Blue Cross Blue Shield Provider Ever
Customer service is non-existent. They do everything they can do to deny any and all claims. Even for things that they say they will pay they make you jump thru hoops and submit needless paperwork until you just give up and say screw it. This is their entire policy refuse to pay until the "customer" gives up. I've had blue cross blue shield from south carolina and from georgia, but alabama is the absolute worst. A real disaster of a health care provider. Even when I called and got permission they declined to pay later saying the specific doctor that I saw at the health center they had approved was not on their list and denied all payment. A bunch of thieves. Obviously not a Christian organization. |
