I've had Blue Cross and Blue Shield for almost 3 years and have never had one problem. They are quick to answer the phone but do not agree to cover or not cover based on what they tell you. I've only had to pay my copay for my family doctor, specialist, and chiropractor. My mom was recently diagnosed with cancer and she also has blue cross and blue shield. They've covered almost everything and she hasn't had any problems with claims.
