| Review: | BCBS account dept. is "lost" !!!!!! checks for premiums are sent in the first of every month --- yet BCBS takes forever to process them!!!!! today I received a cancellation notice for my premium "last month" wherein the check was sent to them FIVE WEEKS AGO!! What a hassel. They need someone to straighten that office out and soon!!! |
