| Review: | BCBS- Billing issues everytime We are union members in the technical entertainemt field. We carry insurance through our head office in New York with Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield. Every claim we have had either in Florida our home state or travelling have had billing issues. Code error issues. Every time we have a claim it is at least 8hrs of calling & sitting on hold. What a joke as the premium like everyone else's is going on up on a per quater basis. Price goes up, and service goes down even further. I recently was on a show in Colorado Springs & got sick with a sinus infection. I was turned away from 4 doctors offices, and finaly sent to the emergency room. None of them wanted to deal with BCBS. Hey guess what they have biling issues too.. Big Surprise. |
