| Review: | Stay far away from Atlantis. If it looks too good to be true then it is. I signed up for Atlantis about 18 months ago. Paid my premiums. and then upon taking my daughter to the doctor for an asthma attack was told by the DR. that they had called Atlantis who said that we were not covered. I get home and call Atlantis and they say "oh your covered, the Dr's office most not have spoken to the right person." 2 weeks later I go to a Dr. and the same thing happens. Calling Atlantis is painful. those answering the phone barely have a command of English, and they are completely unable to give a straight answer to any questions. requests to speak to a supervisor or some higher up results in having to leave a message and never having your call returned. I ended my insurance coverage and they still billed my after cancelling. now they are taking me to court for the invoices sent after I canceled the policy. Stay far away from Atlantis. |
