People I can talk to get what I need done
I have had a great experience with Atlantis. The sales rep was very informative and has been available whenever I need help-with anything. I needed a few tests and different dr visits, and just needed to get authorization and everything was covered. I did have to call in to Atlantis for a claim that was denied, and it was because my dr didn't submit the right paperwork. So, we worked together and I got what I needed! I really like how there were people to talk. |
