| Review: | DO NOT USE! Their coverage is ridiculous. I am a healthy young adult - rarely using their services. Everytime I tried to get an appointment - I had to wait over a month for a an appointment for a physical or gyno visit. Their horrible customer service astounds me. I would call trying to get my ONLY prescription filled and would have to continue calling for over a month, only to be told by the customer service rep, "why don't you just call pharmacist and put us on a conference call, so that you can figure out how WRONG you are." I'm cancelling my service NOW! I suggest you do the same. |
