| Review: | Covered Wellness Visits Denied I've been with the company two years after being promised by their rep that they limit premium increases and incent wellness. They've disputed payments for both of my wellness visits, costing me time and aggravation to recover what they "covered". Premiums have nearly doubled in two years from $250 to $430 per month. I'm finding another insurer. |

I have been with this company for almost a year, and have had the same problems. They have paid for nothing, as their contract is filled with loopholes. I will not renew. |

Why don't you just contact your agent my friend. They offer a 3 year rate guarantee right now and with this economy you can't beat that. They do cover wellness after a six month waiting period which is standard. I would call your agent before you switch and regret it later. |

As for Mary, you should call the agent that sold you the policy and maybe ask for his manager. I've been with them for over 4 years and have a wonderful agent. They cover exactly what is says in the policy. You just need a good agent to make sure you know what your buying and if its the right American republic plan for you. Great company though. |

SCAM!! Their policies are not any good unless you pay high premiums...They have a 3 year rate lock...I loved this option until my premium went from 320 to 684...I will not renew...the agent i interviewed with was a rookie...nothing wrong with a rookie if he/she as the right training...not the case with american republic...There presentation is scripted just to sell the product...the agents dont KNOW THE PLAN ANY BETTER THAN YOU DO!! ScAMMM STAY AWAY!! |
