| Review: | Be prepared to fight for everything They turned us down on multiple claims by "Mistake". At one point we had over $1,000 in bills for lab work, after I called and asked for the claims to be reviewed it turned out we owed $31.28. They paid my surgeon so little after my carpal tunnel surgery that he refused to operate on my second hand. It was very rare that a claim was just paid without an issue. Customer service was polite but inept. It was bad enough to look for another job with better insurance. |
