| Review: | delays & more delays.. I have been trying to get them to pay on a claim from June 30th. I give them what they need and call back to find out nothing was done then re-do it and wait some more. This is really unreal! They approved the surgery, paid the surgeon but since the hospital bill came to 20,000 they are putting off processing the claim.. It is still in "medical review". I am tired of wasting my time on the phone with them but can't give up. That's what they want. Never again!! |
