| Review: | Claim to never receive referrals I've been dealing with Aetna claiming that I did not get a referral for my specialist. I sent them 3 copies of it and Aetna will pay a few correctly and then just go back to 50% payments. I've spent about 30 phone calls about this but I'm almost ready to give up and let the crooks win. VERY DISSAPOINTING. |
