Aetna has treated me well.
I know from friends and family that health insurance providers can be seemingly ruthless and I have had some issues with other companies. However, I have had Aetna through my previous emloyer and now extended with COBRA and they have been very proffesional and helpful for the past 5+ years. Claims are posted to me in a timely manner for review. They have covered expensive health issues I have had that saved me thousands of dollars. Again, I know we have issues with health care and companies in this country but I feel compelled to offer this review to aknowledge those who have served me well. |
