| Review: | Horrible Customer Service I am a current HMO "Member", of course Aetna never treats its "members" like human beings & paying customers. I have to call about 6 times before they start fixing my claim since they want to charge me every time I visit a specialist (even-though I have a referral. The 7th time I call, little do I know that my claim was never fixed and I'm back at step 1 since the "CUSTOMER" Reps. never added in the notes what they promised to do. DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE PROVIDER! IT IS HORRIBLE! |
