| Review: | Dental and Aenta Not good Everytime I called Aenta to get my dental cards they would tell me it takes 7 to 10 business days. Well now it's 3 months later and after many calls they still haven't sent the cards. And than you can't get in to see an Aenta dentist until Aenta sends them a list with your name on it. Everytime I called I was the blame game they liked to play. First the other rep got the wrong info, than my husbands company haven't gotten back to them. Now I need to see a dentist I can't and most likely won't be able to unless I pay for it myself. So way pay for thier dental insurance when you can't use it. I would not even let my dog have this coverage. Now I have to canceal surgery I was set to do at the end of the month because I need clearance from the dentist. Talk about being messed up all they want is your money and not to put nothing out. |
